Established in 2018, Hounslow Education Partnership (HEP) is an independent organisation dedicated to partnering with Hounslow schools and the local authority.

As a part-time communications and project manager, I focus on enhancing teachers' expertise and raising achievement for all pupils across 50 primary schools.

My responsibilities include writing and proofreading handbooks, annual reports, and teacher guides, as well as creating and maintaining an easy-to-navigate website. Currently, I am leading a very successful long-term Reading for Pleasure project called Get Hounslow Reading.

We’ve recently launched Get Hounslow Writing, a teachers-as-writers project being delivered in partnership with St Mary’s University, Twickenham.
